The SysOps Engineer is in contact with leading Cloud technologies in a multinational and multicultural environment, working on some of the most interesting and biggest projects for some of the leading companies in different areas. The candidate should have experience in Linux and Windows, web applications and automation tools; to name but a few.
Reporting to the Technology Engineering Manager, the SysOps Engineer is a DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing automation strategy and responsible for day to day management of highly critical tools, involved on innovation projects, working closely with Architecture and Development teams to deliver for success.
It’s an engineer, that is in contact with leading Cloud technologies in a multinational and multicultural environment, working on some of the most interesting and biggest projects for some of the leading companies in different areas.
Most of his time is involved in internal projects but it can also be involved in customer projects.
Internal projects will usually include creating or improving highly critical tools (monitoring, management, automation, etc), implementing automation strategy, improving processes and standards used by the rest of the company (documentation, monitoring, management platforms, deployment, and automation…) and technical certification of new products and technologies.
